Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Clouds, please email us at within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund or exchange your purchase. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ** PLEASE NOTE: at this time we are no longer taking returns of any kind due to COVID-19. 

All merchandise (Cloud Wearables) is final sale. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
